THEORY COURSES

We recommend that students have an understanding of basic maths and physics, but there is no minimum level of education required for entry to our courses. A strong desire to achieve and a willingness to work in class are more important than previous qualifications. A good understanding of the English language is also required.
Students who have little or no flight experience may still enrol on commercial theory courses with no fear of being at a disadvantage. All course material is explained in depth, enabling newcomers to aviation to achieve the same high standards as those who have previous experience.

FLIGHT TRAINING
On average, students can expect to take between 40 and 50 hours to prepare for the commercial pilot license flight test. Where students need additional flying time to meet the standard, this will be provided at the standard charge out rate for that aircraft.
There are no set course dates; students may commence flight training at any time that is convenient for them.
The commercial pilot license is the basic entry qualification to the aviation industry. Students usually need to obtain specialist ratings before becoming employable.
